World Vision HQ

A proposal undertaken for World Vision Australia which looked at two options - refurbishing their existing headquarters in East Burwood in order to score a 5 star Green Star rating, or to design and build a new headquarters in Footscray which aimed to reach 5 star Green Star rating.

Both options provided for World Vision’s Melbourne office needs over the next 10-15 years, whilst ensuring that the internal pillars of Community, Stewardship and Sustainability were embodied, promoted and enhanced.

studio505 sought equivalence between the two primary options wherever possible, so as to allow a direct comparison to be made between the two alternatives.

The design and report was presented to the World Vision board for them to make an unbiased recommendation to the executive as to which way to proceed.
