A radical signature identity façade that achieves a 6 green star performance without creating a box of louvers. The façade is designed to span from column to column, not floor to floor, which allows for there to be no vertical structure breaking the views.

Integrated light shelves provide lateral stiffness and shading, and the small and big windows oscillate from high to low to provide multiple internal configurations.
