studio505 are delivering the construction documentation of a 35 storey high end residential tower, designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects.  The project meets exacting requirements for documentation and fully integrated design services, and is being delivered for the construction company Contexx. This project was won by invitation from Contexx who were the constructors and client on 505 St Kilda road which was completed in 2010 and for which studio505 did the construction documentation.
