Burkard Polster and Marty Ros describe the mathmatics behind the intricate and yet simple geometric patterned facade at Federation Square.  studio505 directors Dylan Brady and Dirk Zimmermann met whilst working on the facade for this Melbourne city centre project.  Together they worked for five and a half years resolving the atrium structure, the unique facades, and folded geometries of the various difficult and unique facade systems.
